FBCDnet Secure sites (SSL) Configuration

To use the various secure parts of FBCDnet without getting nagged by your browser every time you visit them, you need to install the FBCDnet Certificate Authority as a trusted authority in your browser:

Firefox (instructions using 9.0 beta on Windows 7)

Download the CA certificate here.
Go to Tools->Options->Network->View Certificates
Click on Authorities
Click on Import
Select the cacert.der file you downloaded
Check the option to trust the certificate to identify websites (you can check the others as well if you like, but they are not currently used by us)
Click Ok and then click Ok again to leave the Certificate Management options.

Internet Explorer (instructions using 9.0 on Windows 7)

Click the CA certificate here and select Open.
Click Install
Click Next
Select Place in the following store and click browse
Select Trusted Root Certification Authorities and click Ok
Click Next
Click Finish
Click Yes
Click Ok
Click Ok
